Best Drill I've Owned!!!
Pros
- Easy To Use
- Ergonomic Design
- No Bit Slippage
- Powerful
Cons
- Keyed Chuck
Best Uses
- All Around
- Heavy Duty
- Masonry/Concrete
Comments about Bosch 1/2-in Dual Torque Hammer Drill with Carrying Case:
This drill is more than enough for most things around the home, but it is so nice I use it most of the time. It is a little heavy for light drilling but that's what cordless is for. Made in Switzerland, very high quality.
I've used it so far to drill many 1/4" holes in poured concrete foundation to hang shelving in the basement without issue. I also used it to mix mortar and plaster, the power of this drill great, my old drill struggled with mixing, this drill has smooth power and just mixed it.
The case fits the drill with the handle attached and positioned down ready to go next time. The case also has a area for bit storage. The reconditioned drill had some small scratches, still it was like new. The keyed chuck works well just a pain.

Comments about Bosch 1/2-in Dual Torque Hammer Drill with Carrying Case:
I used it to drill 75 5/16" tapcon holes in super hard concrete. I burned up my old drill trying to drill the same holes. This drill did the job in 3 1/2 hours with ease. The only con is I didn't buy this drill first.

Good reliable Machine
Comments about Bosch 1/2-in Dual Torque Hammer Drill with Carrying Case:
The Drill works good, with and without the Hammer Function.
A few Scratches on the Housing from Pre-Used or Recnditioning don't make a Difference.

problematc unit
Comments about Bosch 1/2-in Dual Torque Hammer Drill with Carrying Case:
Unlike other Bosch drills I have owned, this one started giving problems with the reverse and forward switch about 3 months after I purchased it.Since then I have packed it away and it just sitting on the shelf in my workshop.
Got a Milwaukee which is much more reliable.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Best Uses
Comments about Bosch 1/2-in Dual Torque Hammer Drill with Carrying Case:
Reconditioned drill is stamped into plastic and also stickered by factory to identify it, otherwise the drill is in perfect working condition and almost mint (out of the box) condition.
Drill has very solid feel when using and very powerful even when using bits over 2 ft long (using low RPM mode).
Minor issues regarding placement of reverse switch especially when accustomed to switch in front, this one is at rear of drill. Also the chuck holder seemed a little large for chuck key as it seems to fall out sometimes when moving around. Suggest making a better holder b/c lost chuck keys really slow down productivity when having to change bits.
