Free Tool Repair Pledge - Next Two Years
All customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program receive free tool repairs for defects in material or workmanship on their tool during the second and third year of ownership. (Excludes abuse, non-intended use or normal wear and tear.)
Tool Repair Guarantee
If the customer chooses to have his tool repaired, it will be done free of charge and guaranteed complete within five business days of receipt.

I have owned this drill for almost 4 years now with lots of use and abuse and still have the original batteries which work like new, I know hard to believe but true. It has never given me one bit of trouble. It is used for landscaping driving 12" timber screws without any problem or hesitation. I have NEVER been able to stop this drill, unless the battery dies... duh! I also use it for drilling 4" holes in the ice for ice fishing. I can drill approx 25-30 holes on one battery. What an amazing drill. Everytime I use it I am more impressed. It is a must have for anyone who needs a cordless drill.

I was so happy with the product I bought another one. Not worth buying extra batteries or new batteries just buy another kit it's cheaper that way.
