Free Tool Repair Pledge - Next Two Years
All customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program receive free tool repairs for defects in material or workmanship on their tool during the second and third year of ownership. (Excludes abuse, non-intended use or normal wear and tear.)
Tool Repair Guarantee
If the customer chooses to have his tool repaired, it will be done free of charge and guaranteed complete within five business days of receipt.
Corded Tools

Love it! Battery lasts all day (Fat Pack), does most everything my corded saw does without the cord hassle. Love the rafter hook.
My only complaints:
1- Where is the rip fence? At this price, Bosch couldn't give you the $9 rip fence and screw?
2- I truly do not like the "Safety Button" you have to press to run the saw. I imagine Bosch's lawyers do like it....especially annoying when trying to cut in an awkward position.
