Having a cordless saw that can spend the whole day on the roof w/o the charger nearby is important, let alone the time spent running to swap out batteries. We have 2 of the 'baby' skilsaws, and the Bosch wormdrive on our crew....the corded wormdrive hardly gets used.

Working off-grid the saw allows me to run the generator 1 hour at the end of the day to charge the batteries. This saves 3 gallons of fuel daily and makes working off-grid a lot quieter. That's $50 a week savings in generator fuel.

Use the product for light duty cutting, because the blade is a little too small, and boggs down easily when overworked through items such as deck boards. Not-so-good things is the trigger is a little awkward when cutting at an odd angle.
