We do custom woodworking and I was looking for a cordless drill that had power, (compare the torque to other drills), and durability. This fit the bill. Only way to tell this from new is the price. For a lithium-ion drill this beast is heavy but I wanted something that would stand up to commercial use and this is a Bosch so I expect it to be around for a long time. We use it daily in the shop and for installs. A bit big and heavy for tight corners inside cabinets but overall it is our new favorite. Really like the quick-stop feature - no waiting to load up another screw.

To my mind, Bosh seems to stand alone regarding "proffessional" tools for contractors. They are TRULY built to last, & stand up to whatever you throw at them. In a day where nearly all tool companies have been taken over by lower cost hobbiest oriented companies, it is a blessing that at least Bosch has kept to a higher standard!
