Free Tool Repair Pledge - Next Two Years
All customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program receive free tool repairs for defects in material or workmanship on their tool during the second and third year of ownership. (Excludes abuse, non-intended use or normal wear and tear.)
Tool Repair Guarantee
If the customer chooses to have his tool repaired, it will be done free of charge and guaranteed complete within five business days of receipt.
Corded Tools

So small yet so strong and ergonomic. I've been using Makita for over 20 years and after researching I decided to give this a try. What a great impact, light weight and powerful, easier to handle and less expensive than the others.

The only issues I've had with the tool is that the belt clip is a bit weak and sometimes the socket has fallen off. Other impact guns that I have used the sockets attach a bit tighter. Otherwise a great product. Well worth it.

I am an Ironworker and I am not easy on my tools and this impact has taken the beating I have given it. I still have not dropped it any great hieghts yet but I know thats in the future, hopefully it can take it.
