the unit didn't take long to set up and i had it together in 20 minutes and it cut well and folds up easy. it is pretty big and heavy lifting into the back of my truck.

Out of the box no adjustments were necessary. The gravity rise stand is well thought out and very easy to use. Glad to see that they eliminated the air filled tires and replaced them with solid tires. I have added the left and rear outfeed supports which are very useful.The only negative I can see is the miter gauge is a little sloppy and it will be my only upgrade. It cuts very good and has good power running a 6" dado.

The saw has a nice auto-power sensor that adds more power to the blade with the load increases. Very small adjustments were needed right out of the box.

The Bosch 4100-09 is perhaps the favorite tool in my shop. It is very well built and incorporates the ability to perform quick adjustments without sacrificing accuracy. The rip fence adjusts quickly, accurately, and is very sturdy. I particularly like the expandable table top to accommodate larger work pieces. It also has a lot of power that easily handles the 10" blade. Perhaps my favorite thing about this saw is it's VERY simple portability. Honestly, I have a 12" Delta floor model table saw, and I'll go to the Bosch 4100-09 first nine out of ten times. It's an amazing tool I would not be without in my workshop, or in a matter of seconds, loaded into my van to go to a jobsite!

I was very impressed with this saw. Fast,easy and clean set up. I also purchase the left side and rear extension, well worth the buy. Also purchase the dust bag and Dado insert. I have been looking at the digital carriage display, will make that decision later. I am very comfortable with my tape measure. The best item about this is the Gravity-Rise support system. Perfect for my shop where I need to move my tools out for each job. Once I finish each project, I put them up agaist the wall and my tractor come back inside. I had several other table saws, and by far this has been the best and safest...Love it!!!

Very impressed with this tool. Fast and easy set up. Worth every penny. Go ahead and spring for the left side and rear extensions, a zero clearance table insert and a dust bag, you will want them. I was missing the original table insert upon delivery due to broken tape seams on the box. It looked like FedEx kicked the box from the store to my house. However, Bosch sent me a replacement fast, no questions asked. Did not get the digital carriage display....figured I could spend the money on other tools. The measuring system on the saw or a good tape measure is all I need.
