Cordless Tools
Tool Replacement Guarantee - First Year
Cordless Tool customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program can exchange their Bosch tool during the first year of ownership for a replacement tool for any reason (except abuse, non-intended use or normal wear.)
Free Tool Repair Pledge - Next Two Years
All customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program receive free tool repairs for defects in material or workmanship on their tool during the second and third year of ownership. (Excludes abuse, non-intended use or normal wear and tear.)
Tool Repair Guarantee
If the customer chooses to have his tool repaired, it will be done free of charge and guaranteed complete within five business days of receipt.
Corded Tools
Tool Replacement Guarantee - 90 Days
Corded Tool customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program can exchange their Bosch tool during the first 90 days of ownership for a replacement tool for any reason (except abuse, non-intended use or normal wear.)

I have finished basements, redone kitchens to bathrooms, like the feel.Tuff tools and the ni-cads are still working great, do not let your batteries get hot by over working them,charge them only when you need them, and never leave them on the charger for long periods, just the time it takes to charge them, and they will last for years.
