Free Tool Repair Pledge - Next Two Years
All customers enrolled in the PROVANTAGE™ service program receive free tool repairs for defects in material or workmanship on their tool during the second and third year of ownership. (Excludes abuse, non-intended use or normal wear and tear.)
Tool Repair Guarantee
If the customer chooses to have his tool repaired, it will be done free of charge and guaranteed complete within five business days of receipt.

My house is on 5 1/2 acres and I have occasion to maintain or build other structures where running an extension cord is impossible and lugging a generator to the site impractical. This set replaces a less powerful 14.4 volt Makita saw and drill. The powerful difference and lasting power is remarkable. I couldn't be happier with this set.
