great for occasional use, but portability is an issue of you had to take it down and set up often. For the money though a great one for do it yourselfers

Great product, a little on the expensive side, but I am happy with the purchase. Well designed, simple, easy to set up and make adjustments. Unfortunately the unit was loose in the box, had a few chips in the paint presumably due to the hardware being loose rolling around the box. It also looks suspiciously similar to the Ryobi stand that sells for $79.99.

The first and only use of this stand was the purpose for which I purchased it. I needed to miter a four inch by four foot shaped and scrolled design base for a four foot Pecan bookcase for one of my aunts.

Since I had put so much work into the piece, I did not want to mess it up by not having sufficient support for the mitering process.

The stand was easily assembled because of the excellent instructions and its custom design for the specific saw I owned. The extending support arms worked beautifully and cut perfect 45 degree miters.

I would buy it again.

I purchased this Miter table along with the 12" compound miter saw. It was very easy to set up and that it has an adjustable leg is great for outside work. I would recommend this to anyone who has a need.
