When installing electrical or plumbing piping through concrete/precast at construction sites this item is a must have. Fitting an SDS Plus Hammer Drill it is easy to core holes without having to pay an additionsl contractor at $100 per hole. I have averaged well over 100 holes before retiring a bit. You do the math. It's under $60.
