this model has lots of torque. supposedly 50 more ft/lbs than the snapon equivalent. i cant vouch for that but i have used both.it took the lugs right off of my ford f350 dually no problem if that is a rating.however i bought a recon model at a significant discount and it worked once out of the box then it died. i.e no power. guessing internal power wire disconnected or bad battery connection. either way the new replacement is on the way. hope that 1 is fine. if not i will buy a brand new one out of the factory box. buy the extended warranty if available on a recon model

I'm a fleet mechanic and have the need for a cordless impact wrench for road calls. I've probably used all the other "off the truck" brands and have to say that Bosch is the best bang for the buck. Not only is this impact one of the most powerful but the battery life goes on and on...
And you just cannot beat the price, especially if you get it on sale.
I've removed and installed all the 8 lug wheels on a P-30 Utilimaster with one battery and still had power to do other tasks without a recharge.
I love this tool so much, I now use this impact in the shop. The air impacts I have rarely come out anymore.
