HAD ONE OTHER ROTO ZIP. kEPT COMING APART AT CHUCK.HAD TO WORK ON IT EVERY TIME I USED IT.DECIDED TO TRY IT AGAIN A BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO. USED IT ONLY TWICE TO CUT HOLES OUT OF A 26 GA METAL SHEET. STARTED MAKING A BAD NOISE. SHUT IT OFF. TRIED TO TURN IT BACK ON AGAIN . DID THE SAME THING. I took it apart only to find out the brushes had totally disintergrated and a large piece of the communtator was broken out. I want be buying another one. I don't even know at this time if the company will replace this one.

Bosch needs to more clearly define the contents of the various kits and model numbers. Even after reading everything on the Bosch website, you can't really be sure exactly what you are getting with each different kit number. I bought a kit that I thought was adequate and ended up needing several extra attachments which are outrageously expensive when purchased individually. Also needs a "wrench-less" chuck design - standard. The tool is definitely NOT "indispensible". There are different/better tools which will work just as well.
